Explanation of Solution

Write-through:

• The memory content is modified immediately after changing the cache contents.
• The above modification is done by broadcasting the modified data on different processors and their modules.
• If similar data is found in cache block then, they are modified through the broadcasting the data.

Advantages of walk-through:

• The data present in the memory and the cache is updated automatically.
• Reliable and consistent data is extracted from different resources.

Disadvantages of walk-through:

• The presence of write stalls in the Central Processing Unit (CPU) requires more time to perform the operation.
