Introduction:
An abnormal increase in blood glucose levels results in Diabetes mellitus. This also occurs due to the decreased secretion of the antidiabetogenic hormone called the Insulin hormone. This hormone removes the excess glucose from the blood. Hence, hyposecretion of this results in hyperglycemia.
