Explanation of Solution
International Building Code (IBC) classifies buildings based on their occupancy into ten groups that are further classified into sub-groups. Group B also represents buildings that are used for educational occupancies that are above the twelfth grade whereas, Group E represents educational occupancies up to the twelfth grade.
