Fibonacci numbers are a sequence of integers, starting with 1, where the value of each number is the sum of the two previous numbers, e.g. 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, etc. Write a function called fibonacci that takes a parameter, n, which contains an integer value, and have it return the nth Fibonacci number. (There are two ways to do this: one with recursion, and one without.)

Summary: Given integer values for red, green, and blue, subtract the gray from each value.
Computers represent color by combining the sub-colors red, green, and blue (rgb). Each sub-color's value can range from 0 to 255. Thus (255, 0, 0) is bright red, (130, 0, 130) is a medium purple, (0, 0, 0) is black, (255, 255, 255) is white, and (40, 40, 40) is a dark gray. (130, 50, 130) is a faded purple, due to the (50, 50, 50) gray part. (In other words, equal amounts of red, green, blue yield gray).
Given values for red, green, and blue, remove the gray part.
Ex: If the input is:
130 50 130
the output is:
80 0 80

(Find the index of the smallest element)
Write a function that returns the index of the smallest element in a list of integers. If the number of such elements is greater than 1, return the smallest index. Use the following header:
def indexOfSmallestElement(lst):
Write a test program that prompts the user to enter a list of numbers, invokes this function to return the index of the smallest element, and displays the index.

Remember N! is the product of all the numbers from 1 to N inclusive, that is 1 x 2 x 3 x (N – 1) x N. It is defined as 1 for N = 0 and is undefined for values less than 0. The programs first requests the user to input the value of N (display a prompt first so the user knows what to do). If the input value is less than 0, the program is to display “N! undefined for values less than 0” and then requests the user to input the value of N again. If the value input is non-negative, it is to compute N! using a recursive function, that is one that calls itself. You are to have your name, the assignment number, and a brief description of the program in comments at the top of your program. Since this is an assembly language program, I expect to see comments on almost every line of code in the program. Also make the code neat: line up the command fields, the register fields, and the comment…arrow_forward[Python Language] Using loops of any kind, lists, or Sets is not allowed. - (Data Structures and Algo C++ Weiss 4th ed - ch7.40): The following divide-and-conquer algorithm is proposed for finding the simultaneous maximum and minimum: If there is one item, it is the maximum and minimum, and if there are two items, then compare them, and in one comparison you can find the maximum and minimum. Otherwise, split the input into two halves, divided as evenly as possibly (if N is odd, one of the two halves will have one more element than the other). Recursively find the maximum and minimum of each half, and then in two additional comparisons produce the maximum and minimum for the entire problem. In C++, find a function which will take in a vector and solve the problem, producing a vector of two elements, the min and max.arrow_forwardExercise 1: (Design of algorithm to find greatest common divisor) In mathematics, the greatest common divisor (gcd) of two or more integers is the largest positive integer that divides each of the integers. For example, the gcd of 8 and 12 is 4. Why? Divisors of 8 are 1, 2, 4, 8. Divisors of 12 are 1, 2, 4, 6, 12 Thus, the common divisors of 8 and 12 are 1, 2, 4. Out of these common divisors, the greatest one is 4. Therefore, the greatest common divisor (gcd) of 8 and 12 is 4. Write a programming code for a function FindGCD(m,n) that find the greatest common divisor. You can use any language of Java/C++/Python/Octave. Find GCD Algorithm: Step 1 Make an array to store common divisors of two integers m, n. Step 2 Check all the integers from 1 to minimun(m,n) whether they divide both m, n. If yes, add it to the array. Step 3 Return the maximum number in the array.arrow_forward(Same-number subsequence) JAVA Class Name: Exercise22_05 Write an O(n) program that prompts the user to enter a sequence of integers ending with 0 and finds the longest subsequence with the same number. - (python) Write a program that first gets a list of integers from input. The input begins with an integer indicating the number of integers that follows. Then, get the last value from the input, and output all integers less than or equal to that value. Ex: If the input is: 5 50 60 140 200 75 100 the output is: 50 60 75 The 5 indicates that there are five integers in the list, namely 50, 60, 140, 200, and 75. The 100 indicates that the program should output all integers less than or equal to 100, so the program outputs 50, 60, and 75. Ex. if the input is: 72532272827253128 the output is: 2527282725 Such functionality is common on sites like Amazon, where a user can filter results.
