Collecting Data from the Video Open a spreadsheet and record the velocity of the Falcon 9/Crew Dragon for the first 3 minutes in increments of 5 seconds, beginning from T0 to T+00:03:00 The velocity in km/h is given in the lower-left corner of the video. Use the launch counter for the time, e.g. T+00:00:15 is time marker of 15 seconds after launch. Here is an example of how your spreadsheet should look like. You should have about 25 entries - data for the first 3 minutes of the flight.
Activity 2. Data Analysis Plot of speed versus time The speed in the lower corner is given in km/h. In your spreadsheet, add a column where you convert the speed in the metric system. Here is an example of your spreadsheet: Plot the speed in m/s versus time in the second graph. (See page three.) Questions: 1. During what time intervals is the graph linear? 2:27-2:37 2.
