Self & Peer Evaluation From Directions There are two sections to this form. The first section asks you to evaluate the other members of your team. When evaluating other members of your team please be as honest as possible. Analyze the individual’s contribution to the team, how often they communicated with the group, new ideas presented, and additional research they conducted. These evaluations will be kept confidential and not shared with other members of your team. The second section asks you to identify yourself and your own contributions to the final team deliverable. Once again provide an honest accounting of what you did to contribute to the final deliverable and what you learned from this portion of the overall project.
