Job satisfaction, recognition, and praise can help build an organization's morale. Reality—Current State 1. Working Condition 2. Job Satisfaction 3. Company & Strategy In reality, no company or organization can satisfy their employees. There will always be one or more members who are unhappy and spread that to others. Even with developing programs to support the organization, you cant satisfy everyone, but these three areas are, in my opinion, a good start

Company & Strategy I believe improving the three areas with the highest ratings would help improve the employee satisfaction survey by 10%. Identified Gaps—Obstacles 1. Maintains working conditions that are safe This should be an area that rates low on an employee satisfaction survey; an area that requires more time and effort should be ranked higher so that management and administrative staff can address these issues A Way Forward—Action 1. When people work extra hard to meet their goals, they are rewarded accordingly These areas scored the lowest on the survey and should be looked at to increase the scoring of the area that employees need the most attention and care
