This system includes two modules :
- College Record - details of institution
- Student Record - details regarding student
- Counseling
It is designed to eliminate the drawbacks of manual paperwork counseling system. So the proposed system "online counseling" will provide online facility for students as well as universities/colleges. It helps student in registration and access information about colleges. It include three modules : Student Record , College Record and counseling.
- Student record : It has two parts : Search record of any student who has allotted seat in counseling process. And Delete any record of student after counseling.
- College record : It has four parts : Adding new college, Searching any details of college, deletion if any college withdraw from counseling, Display the full details of the college.
- Counseling : It has three parts : Student registration, Status about seat allotment, Deletion if any student wants to withdraw allotted seat.
- Student can login to the system and fill the form , enter the details of college which he/she prefer , course he/she wants to join, upload the documents required, pay fee for the course.
- Departmental Counsellor can login to the system , enter the details of college and various courses available, he/she can create , update or delete any course ,fill the fee details which he can update , status for the confirmation of admission, generate admission letter.
- Central counsellor can login to the system , verify the documents submit by students, allot the seat to student, generate roll number and reports.
- An Admin can login the system, create user, delete user, update user ,open admissions and close admissions.
