Expert Solution
Step 1

Impact theory describes the process between the program events and the activities that were done before and that led to the results in the program. Basically just tells us about the impact that certain events had on the program.

Summative theory can be best described by  " what student has learnt and asking them what they have learnt in the past "

The logic model is based on different thoughts and different ideas for how one can achieve a certain goal and the activities needed to achieve that goal .

Formative evaluation is done  Before a programme or programme activity is fully implemented, formative assessment verifies that it is practical, appropriate, and acceptable. When a new programme or activity is being developed, or when an old one is being adapted or adjusted, it is usually done.

Over the last ten years, programme theory assessment has become more popular. It determines whether a programme is planned in such a way that it can accomplish its intended results.
