Canada is a remarkable large diverse country with everything from big urban cities to a stable government.Cuba is the largest of the islands in the Caribbean sea, surrounded by many small islands, facing serious problems. These two countries are very different when put together along with the factors of their environments, social problems and their political issues as well. Canada and Cuba enjoy a broad and diverse relationship built on a long history of important and growing economic and commercial relations Environmental & Physical Characteristics/Issues

This eliminated the need for an exit visa, a document giving authorization to leave a particular country, which forced the Cuban residents to have permission to leave the island, as well as the reinforcement that if one leaves the country for a long time, they may not come back. This in effect for about five decades. Their president, Raul Castro had pledged to update their migration and soon, in 2016, President Barack Obama had stopped the rule and had allowed both U.S and Cuba to go to either of their countries as they wish. Another issue Cuba faces is poverty, in where at least 7 out of 10 Cubans live in poverty, In 2006, Cuba ranked 6th out of 102 countries on the human poverty index. Due to this, rations are given to the residents of Cuba because food has continued to be in short supply for the island, in which the rations allow each citizen to have a ration book, which allows them to buy only a certain amount of food supplies each week.Even with recent work to produce more food, there are just not enough farmlands available. The same is with it`s human rights,in where the Cuban government refuses to recognise human rights and denies legal status to human any human rights group. Government authorities also harass, assault and imprison human rights defenders who attempt to document abuses. Canada, on the other hand, Canada's aboriginals are treated very unfairly as they do not experience the rights that other Canadians receive. They experience poorer health due to unhealthy water and inadequate housing and crowding living spaces. Many Aboriginals live in poverty, same as Cubans, which will result in the country losing some money for the economy trying to help these
