This is a cop show about a unit that specialises in serial killers and other major criminals. Each season or two will focus on a single criminal. There are two special episodes in each season that go back into the criminals past. One of the specials will be dedicated to how the criminal’s childhood affected their live’s. The second special will be about the criminal’s first killing, robbing, raping, etc.The rest of the episodes will be about the criminal’s current crimes. What will make this show different from other cop shows is that some episode are primarily from the criminal’s perspective. I will say that this show is not a show for kids, it is dark, a little gory, and at times graphic, after all it is about serial killers.
The Thunderbolt Snatcher is a serial killer. He has raped and killed 19 victims so far, they were all women between the ages of 17 and 26. He is overly confident, he shows this by telling the cops who his next prey is and by snatching his victims in front of the cops. His victims are found with a lightning bolt impaled into their chest.
Mary is the Chief of the department. She has been been a cop since she was 18. She was a lead ranking field officer before she became The Chief of Police. Mary is extremely jealous of Freya who consistently has people asking a detective for advice instead of the chief.

An extreme topic of importance in America would involve employment for former convicts. For former convicts, employment in America has become an issue on being able to obtain a stable job to support former convicts; while many debate on this topic of weather or not to provide ex-cons with a much stronger chance of acquiring a job. Researchers have come to possible theories, some believe assisting ex-cons will prevent recidivism, and people also believe this is false, and there are people with a neutral stance in these debates and look at this topic with a statistical view. Those who happen to disagree may believe to keep the employment involving former convicts the same laws set in place. The sources may have their different standing points
There is a copious amount of differences between men and women, but what about a difference in violent behavior? Is it possible for women to be just as brutally violent as a man? Many researchers have wondered the same exact thing and have started to explore what exactly constitutes a violent woman. Since violence is a very broad term that holds more than one meaning, it is difficult to define the term “violent women” in the first place. However, there are extreme cases of violence that makes it easier to compare and contrast men and women. One way of addressing this question of whether or not women can be just as violent as men is to see if women are capable of fitting the social criteria of a serial killer. While there are some differences among the genders when it comes to killing, there are many more similarities, which means that extreme violent tendencies between men and women might not be that different after all.
Allely, Minnis, Thompson, Wilson, Gillberg (2014), purposed that there was a relation between autistic spectrum disorder (ASD), head injuries, psychosocial stressors and aggressive behaviors that could lead to serial murder. To conduct their research, they reviewed articles covering the cases of 239 killers (Allely, et al., 2014). They discovered that 28% killers suffered from ASD, 21.34% had recorded head traumas, 13.72% had both ASD and head traumas and 55% experienced psychosocial stressors. To aid in their hypothesis they reviewed case studies of two serial killers.
Homicide is one of the worst effects of them all, mainly because one person is taking the life of another person which is just morally wrong! It is depressing that there are some countries that promote homicide because it reduces overpopulation which would mostly be in poorer countries. As America one of the greater countries, we should not steep as low as these other countries because it is pretty much what America is doing since people kill their own Americans every single day. Homicide can actually happen at any time since it is so unpredictable, the person who might seem like the nicest person in the world might end up being the crazy guy with a gun in his pocket. Homicides with firearms cause many deaths, actually research states “Firearms
There are three different types of offenders in prison. Among the prison population are special offense inmates, special needs inmates and special population inmates. Special offense inmates are prisoners with substance abuse history, sex offenders and terrorists. The Bureau recognizes sex offenders as a vulnerable population within a prison setting. Some sex offenders are designated to facilities where they receive specialized services. Drug offenders accounted for more than half the total increase in parole violators returned to State prisons (Beck 2000b ).
Since the description of the deaths was first described by those who discovered the crime, it was meant to give us a neutral description of the murder, void of any details. The description given by the people who discover the crimes gave the reader the basic idea of what happened. It also let us see some of their emotions and showed how gory the murders were. When Smith and Hickock finally describe the murder, it gives all the extra details that were unknown by all previous descriptions. It tells the reader how the murderers and the victims interacted and what lead up to their deaths. Through the murderers’ description, it is also discovered that they arrived with no intentions of harming the Clutters. Smith and Hickock planned on taking their
Good job on your post, in addition to what you wrote about the RN being the fundamental teacher and speaker, too students, Juvenile and older communities and in hospitals, and nursing homes. I just want to add one very important population to this and, that is inmates in jails and prisons. Most often this population is not included when we are talking about health, not only the inmates but people working in our Correctional Facilities. I want to suggest educating inmates as soon as they are checked in, and having teaching sessions with the staff, non-medical and medical on how to prevent new viral infections. Educating people on recommended vaccines is very crucial to this goal. Research has shown that patients are more likely to accept a
Inmates who are thought to be too dangerous for return to a prison’s general population unit would be placed in new wings with some social interaction and access to phone calls. Only those found to have committed major violations — like possessing a weapon, trying to escape or assaulting another prisoner — would be held in solitary.
The first presenter began by explaining that while organized crime has been problematic for some time, the number of organized crime related deaths/murders has been on a steady rise. As the presenter further illustrates, in 2001, it was around 1,000. By 2008, the number had its first big jump, however, in 2010, the number had skyrocketed to over 34,000! However, the death, or capture of cartel leaders is not the solution and has led to two large cycles of violence. Most of the crime can be broken down into seven basic conflicts, as illustrated in a chart. 1. The Pacifico Cartel vs. Tijuana cartel which is is located in Baja, California. 2. The Pacifico Cartel vs. Juarez Cartel, which affects the areas of Chihuahua, Sinaloa, and Durango. 3. The Pacifico Cartel vs Beltran Leyva Organization located in Nayarit, Sinaloa, Sonora, and Durango. 4. Jalisco Cartel Vs Nueva Generacion, located in Coloma and Jalisco. 5. Cartel pacific Sur vs “La Barbie” cartel, which is distributed through Districto Federal, Estato De Mexico, Guerro and Morelos. 6. Golfo Cartel Vs Zetas, located in Nuevo Leon, and Tamaulipas. And finally, 7. La Famllia Michoacána vs Zetas, which is located in Guanajuato, Estato De Mexico and Michoacán.
Every year, thousands of immigrants are victims of criminal activity. Significant factors that contribute to this violence, never to be reported are language barrier, fear of deportation, cultural differences, and fears of the unfamiliar. In 2000 the Congress passed a law known as the Victims of Trafficking and Violence Prevention Act. (Victims of criminal activity, n.d.). The U.S. Congress created this law as a form of immigration relief that is available aliens who are victims. The Congress wanted to aid law enforcement in investigating and prosecuting human trafficking by providing a way for alien victims to remain in the U.S. to assist in an investigation. Through the whole process the victim is working very closely with an officer. Victims
In future years, guilty parties will be commanded by accomplished, working class youth, who are mechanically savvy and utilize their insight into PCs and arranged frameworks to take electronic signs, manufactured computerized items, or hack into systems for vandalism. This will bring about prompting more wrongdoing submitted by individuals from the maturing populace. This announcement is upheld by Wardlaw, (1999) when he expresses that electronic varieties of conventional fakes will be completed with more noteworthy productivity and adequacy, will have conceivably more prominent effect and will be more hard to examine. This paper plan to contend that in future, wrongdoing will be more inventive such that wrongdoing specialists won't have the
