On July 29, 1984 Jennifer Thompson, a white woman was brutally raped by a black male with a knife to her throat. The black male broke into her apartment while she was asleep. Jennifer Thompson woke up to the stranger when he had begun to attack her. When she first saw her attacker, she offered to give him her car and money, but he declined that’s when she realized he wasn’t there to rob her but to rape her. During the time Jennifer Thompson was being raped, she tried to remember the characteristics of the black male so that later she could identify him to the police. The case against George Franklin took place in Redwood City, California. The victim, 8-year old Susan Nason, was raped and murdered by George Franklin in 1969. But it wasn’t until 20 years after this horrendous crime that George Franklin was found guilty. He was guilty of first degree murder. On December 1, 2015, 65 year-old Loretta Macpherson arrived at the emergency room of St. Charles Health System, located in Bend, Oregon. Ms. Macpherson arrived to the emergency room complaining of anxiety. When interviewed about her medication history, Ms. Macpherson was unable to identify the medications which she had been prescribed after her recent hospitalization at St. Charles for brain surgery. After examination, the emergency room physician ordered fosphenytoin, an anti-seizure medication, to be administered via intravenous infusion to Ms. Macpherson. In error she received rocuronium, a paralytic drug, causing her to stop breathing and suffer a cardiopulmonary arrest. Ms. Macpherson suffered irreversible brain damage and was placed
An emergency call came in at 9:45 am made by Doug Greene who is a neighbor of the victim Anna Garcia claiming that he had not seen Anna Garcia since her normal morning walk at 6:30 am the previous morning and that the dog had been barking for 2 hours, he had also mentioned that Anna Garcia was wearing a sweater when he had seen her the previous morning while experiencing a 92 degree heat wave. Mr.Greene had called Anna’s telephone with no answer, and had also rang the doorbell with no answer. The EMT and local police had arrived to the scene at 9:56 am, needing to break the door down. EMS discovered Anna Garcia laying face down, dead.
Lisa Marmalejo, Manager of Member Services - Harbor Choice called Ms. Allen on 2/9/2016 and 2/11/2016 but did not reach anyone. She left a voice message that included her contact information and requested a call back. She called DENCAP on 2/11/2016 and was informed that they spoke with Ms. Allen on 2/9/2016 and advised her that they have her DENCAP benefits updated in their system.

As reported by the Daily Business Review, Taylor hired a private detective to buy laptops, go to places with public Wi-Fi networks, and then post scathing comments about her ex-husband, an orthopedic surgeon, on review websites. The private detective then tossed the computers into the ocean.

Upon keying into the room with PSO Tabiri, the resident in questions, Stephanie Lee was found to be missing from her apt. Officer Tabiri then decided to take a statement from SA and resident Macayla Caso. Ms. Horvat was also not present in the room. Ms. Caso was under the assumption that Ms. Horvat had gone home since she was packing earlier in the day and the sheets were stripped off her bed.

Spoke with Jade Bray, CHR therapist with regarding to Valerie treatment. This writer questioned Ms. Bray about her concerns and the mental health provider intervention for the patient due to the 3 suicidal ideation as a result of stresses in the patient's life. According to Ms. Bray, she expressed her concerns of the patient not following through with recommendations, mainly referring to Chrysalis for assistance with housing, the patient misuse of funds, and discontinuing her use of her addiction. Next week, according to the therapist, there will be a meeting-Multidimensional Therapy (MDT) meeting to address further intervention(s) for the patient.
