Today, the word integrity is a very important word. Integrity can mean different things to different people. Some people might think integrity means truthfulness, or possibly being fair. Integrity means to me, an honorable person, someone who is honest, and someone who tells the truth. Having integrity is an admirable person, being true to yourself, and is a trait that everyone should have, or strive to achieve.

Integrity is doing the right thing when no one is looking despite the consequences that may transpire from performing the action. In today’s society we tend to look at the easiest way to complete a task or the easiest way to make money despite employing the use of integrity. Your value of integrity typically portrays what type of person you are. The people you social with have an immense impact on your value of integrity. Integrity is the value you put on life, which is typically determined by the people you surround yourself with and portrays the type of person you are to others.

Integrity is stated as a fixed adherence to a code of mainly moral or creative values incorruptibility, an undamaged state of being, and the superiority or state of being broad or unbroken fullness. Those are a few types of integrity: integrity of judgement, and integrity in the work place. I would describe integrity as the way personnel handle themselves, with honesty and judgement to take the punishment brought on by knowledge thereof.

Integrity means being true, honest sheer and decent towards the assignment or project. When a person is guided by integrity, his thoughts and sayings are in line with each other; his actions are in line with their principles. His conduct speaks for him, more elegantly than words ever could. Integrity becomes the basis for both reputation and self-respect. An engineer that lacks integrity is worse than one that lacks skills.

Integrity is doing the right thing, knowing that nobody’s going to know whether you did it or not. Having integrity means doing the right thing in a reliable way. It's a personality trait that we admire, since it means a person has a moral compass that doesn't waver. It literally means having "wholeness" of character, just as an integer is a "whole number" with no fractions. Physical objects can display integrity, too if you're going over a rickety old bridge that sways in the wind, you might question its structural integrity. Integrity is a combination of the words, “integritas” (in-teg- ri-tas) and “integer” (in-te-ger). It refers to the putting on of armor, of building a completeness.

Integrity is never compromising moral beliefs. When a person has integrity they will not be persuaded by others to do things they find to be immoral. A person that has integrity displays good character and shows sincerity in their actions. Integrity is having the courage to do the right thing even in the face of controversy or conflict. People are not considered to immediately have integrity because they display moral decision making on one or two occasions but will establish their integrity over time and after a lot of sound, moral decisions and behaviors. When people make poor ethical decisions it damages their level of integrity.

Frustration and anger rush through my body as my face and ears turn red. I think to myself how could anyone be so irrigant, I am never talking to him again. Only thing is that I will have to talk to him again cause he’s my stepdad. One thing i’ve struggled with is working or dealing with someone that has different thoughts than me. It can be irritating dealing with someone like that, but in life one big lesson is learning how to successfully work with someone who has different judgement.

Integrity plays a big role in your school and social life. It can impact the way others see you. We choose how we run our own lives, and the way we chose to run it can define us. People view the value of integrity in different ways. People who view integrity highly are usually the good people, the opposite is also true for those who don’t. Integrity means doing the right thing and being honest. To some people integrity is very important and those people always are honest and are seen as good people by others and to others is means almost nothing and those people are seen as irresponsible.

When we have integrity, we gain the trust of our leaders, our colleagues and our team.

Integrity is always being honest and do the right thing. Not a lot of people in school always have integrity because it may get them into even more trouble for a little thing. Not just in school also out of school.
