I am Corey Dante Jones, and I am seeking to become an active member of your fraternity. I am 29 years old, a husband, a father of four (Two boys, Two girls) and was born and raised in Mobile, Al. There has been a large amount of research into what strategy is, since Michael Porter’s perennial work in the 1980s. Studies done on the execution of strategy have been far less numerous. However, there is one major understanding about the execution of strategy. The execution of strategy is a vital part of success in business. Then, in the Fall of 2015, Psi Sigma Phi Multicultural Fraternity Incorporated gained a new chapter, the Eminent Sigma Chapter, here at Felician University—the fraternity's eighteenth chapter. After listening to the LP5 Seminar, there were three key subject areas that I learned about. First of all, I learned the difference between Individualism and Collectivism.
