There has been a large amount of research into what strategy is, since Michael Porter’s perennial work in the 1980s. Studies done on the execution of strategy have been far less numerous. However, there is one major understanding about the execution of strategy. The execution of strategy is a vital part of success in business. A summary of many myths surrounding various strategic executions will be outlined, along with their subsequent analyses.
The approach adopted in this paper is to discuss three types of research methods available within the business management and accounting and appropriate data analysis techniques available within the field. As Creswell (2002) noted, qualitative method concentrates on words and observations to express reality and attempts to describe people in natural situations. In contrast, the quantitative approach grows out of a strong academic tradition that places considerable trust in numbers that represent opinions or concepts. Also, there is another research approach, mixed method, which integrates both previous methods and it combines main aspects of two others for more applicable results. Going college to pursue a higher education was one of my ultimate goals in life. A goal that I am currently achieving. However, I never imagined myself joining fraternity. Not to mention, that I have always thought that all fraternities are "the same," members spend their spare time drinking alcohol and spanking potential new members with paddles. Then, in the Fall of 2015, Psi Sigma Phi Multicultural Fraternity Incorporated gained a new chapter, the Eminent Sigma Chapter, here at Felician University—the fraternity's eighteenth chapter. After attending the Psi Sigma Phi Felician University Fall 15 Probate, the urge to become a potential member began to burst inside of me. While watching the probate, what caught my attention the most is how united, diverse, and wise the brothers of Psi Sigma Phi are; they came out to Felician University to watch their new brothers probate—by receiving them with open arms. In addition, during my winter break, I decided to do research and learn more the fraternity. I went on to learn that Psi Sigma Phi's sword is education, their shield is brotherhood, their armor is multiculturalism, and their shield is service. After completing my research,

A list of potential new members should be projected on a screen. Potential new members should be grouped into scores of zeros, fives and 10s as assigned by rotation groups between parties and listed alphabetically within each score category. Chapter Membership Criteria should be posted. Members sit by rotation group or alphabetically by initiation date. Give 10 to 15 minutes at the beginning of each membership selection session for chapter members to prepare Kappa Kognitives. This saves time later. Additionally, ensure members have access to reliable internet
After listening to the LP5 Seminar, there were three key subject areas that I learned about. First of all, I learned the difference between Individualism and Collectivism. An individualistic society such as the United States will depend on the values of independence and freedom; whereas, a society that is collectivistic will depend on group consensus and harmony. Each type of society will have values that play an important role in developing the communication styles used in a business message that is targeted to each specific audience. Even though the United States is broadly an individualistic country, there are smaller collectivistic communities

3.) Strong presence in high margin health services business. In addition to UnitedHealth Group’s leadership position in the health benefits market segment, UnitedHealth Group has strong information and technology based health services platform through its business segments which is Ingenix, OptumHealth and PrescriptionSolutions. The “CNN MONEY” (2012) website states Ingenix is one of the largest health information, technology and consulting companies in the world. The UnitedHealth Group derived $2.3 billion of revenues from Ingenix which contributed $284 million (excluding $200 million in goodwill impairment and business line deposition charges) of operating profit, and an operating margin of 12.1% during FY2010.
