Past fitness programs at our facility have used evaluation methods before, during and after programs are implemented. The first evaluation allows us to tailor offerings for current cohort and establish baseline measures. At the midpoint we make sure client’s needs are being met and make adjustments as necessary. The final evaluation demonstrates effectiveness and areas for improvement.
If needed advisors will develop a bi-weekly rotating schedule to insure every student is allotted an equal amount of time with the Fitbit. Meetings will be held bi-weekly to compare the two group’s fitness activity, and see which school has been the most active. Maya has been doing a training programme for the past 3 months to improve her overall fitness which included weight training, running and circuit training. Therefore her body will have gone through a lot of changes during that time. Her body will have adapted to the training that she has done through acute/short term adaptations and chronic/long term adaptions of the muscular and cardiovascular systems. This over time will therefore help her resume playing tennis which was her goal of the training programme. I will specifically be looking into the chronic adaptations of the systems, a chronic adaptation will refer to a permanent adaptation that occurs to the body due to regular training.
