The opening paragraph is the part of an article which needs to basically create interest of the user to read the entire article. If the first paragraph looks appealing and interesting, the reader tends to read further. You can make the first paragraph in a way that it encourages and engages the user in knowing what is written further.

For reasons of logic, there must be at least two headings; for reasons of readability, avoid more than about five.
The heading includes a description of the topic and the subheading includes a) an example scenario of how this topic should be handled in the company b) a description of why this section is important to organizational communication and c) an explanation of how this communication policy will benefit both the employee and the organization. Lastly, an action plan in the end is included to ensure that this planned communication manual gets effectively embedded in the company.
This section can be done in a bulleted format with brief (2-3 sentences) summaries by chapter if that works for the book.

While writing an article you should stick to W3C guidelines regarding Heading Structure. The Header tags (H1 to H6) tell the search engines about the importance of the text wrapped in. H1 tag is the most authoritative tag among the all header tags which should be only once in post. You can optimize heading structure by using H1 tag for Website title for homepage else for Post title. Use H2 or H3 if there are subheadings.
Wrap most important headings on each page in an H1 tag (make sure for any headings or subheadings, you’re using H2, H3, H4).
For example, "1. Introduction", should be Times 12-point boldface, initially capitalized, flush left, with one blank line before, and one blank line after. Use a period (".") after the heading number, not a colon.
