Introduction
This Band Partnership Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between Anna Harris, Barnaby Love, Charlie Hiddins, Eugene Klein, and Franklin Elvy (collectively referred to as herein as the "Band," and individually referred to as "Band Partners").
The Agreement shall be effective as of the date of the last signature below (“The Effective Date”), and upon execution shall constitute a deed of partnership between the Band Partners.
The Agreement confirms the parties understanding and agreement (in consideration of the mutual promises made below) to co-write certain songs, make certain recordings, and perform together as a Band.
The Band Partners agree as follows:
1. Structure and Purpose
1.1 The Band Partners establish themselves as a general partnership (the "Band Partnership") under the laws of New South Wales for the purposes of entertainment, amusement, music, recording and publishing.
1.2 The Band Partnership shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until it is ended according to this Agreement.
1.3 In order to fulfil the Band Partnership purposes, each Band Partner shall contribute musical entertainment services to the Band
With the fast rising technology and the closer world community, the music industry has changed dramatically in this modern world.
