Abstract There are numerous indications that the field of Artificial intelligence (AI) is now well established. There are several computer science departments with AI specialties and some important disciplines whose roots are in AI, such as Pattern Recognition and Symbolic Algebraic Manipulation, have already spun off as independent areas. Still, I identify this field of Artificial intelligence has the positivity beyond its aspect. It matters how we accept it and use it in a positive manner. Its problem-solving approach has already showed the world that how much it can be effective in solution making. This research will explain that how artificial intelligence is applied in numerous fields at present and in future and in this article, I have given the substantial evidence to support my opinion of favoring the AI (Bertram, 1973). Keywords: artificial intelligence, pattern recognition, symbolic algebraic manipulation Artificial Intelligence Artificial Intelligence is as intelligent as human beings and perform intellectual tasks as human beings can do. According to the Singularity Summit (2012), it may happen in future, which will be based on inputs from experts. There is no predefined definition for Artificial Intelligence. Generally, it should be capable of learning, representing knowledge, planning, taking decisions under uncertainty, communicating in a natural language as well as using these skills towards common goals to be a complete Artificial Intelligence.
Artificial Intelligence is the taking over of machines to do tasks that would normally require a human to do. The idea of artificial intelligence has been around for years, appearing in movies and television shows to show what the future might bring. Artificial intelligence is becoming closer to a reality and now society must question if it should have a role in society. Artificial intelligence has many flaws at the moment making it impractical for use until society can address the issues facing it like the loss of jobs and how to control the use of AI.
For those who do not know, artificial intelligence is exactly what is called, an "intelligence" through a computer that is artificially created by humans. A.I. is defined to be able to learn and use the information it learns to produce "thoughts" of its own, almost as if it were a thinking human. Though many may believe A.I. is just a robot which is able to speak and understand humans, it is much more than that. A.I. technologies are being implemented in smartphones, homes, cars, watches, headphones, and is also being developed to work in many more ways that help give humanity an easier life.
Artificial intelligence is the development of a computer system that is able to perform tasks of human intelligence like visual perception, speech recognition, and decision-making. Computer scientists have made a substantial advancement in the
The first step in getting anywhere with this debate must begin with defining what artificial intelligence is exactly. Artificial Intelligence, also known as AI, is the area of computer science focusing on creating machines that can engage in the human behaviors of intelligence.
In my research, I have found that the best definition in my opinion and probably the most agreed upon definition of what it means to be “artificially intelligent” is this:
The concept of artificial intelligence was first labeled by a man named Alan Turing in 1950, he believed that the future would hold the possibility for man to communicate with computers and sustain a conversation (Atkinson, Solar 1). Although, we have reached the point where it is possible to hold a simple preprogrammed conversation with a computer and give them the ability to learn, there is still a long way to go in making computers fully artificially intelligent. Atkinson and Solar continue to describe some real world applications of artificial intelligence such as, “Data mining technologies, fraud detection, and industrial-strength optimization” (8). In these examples, forms of artificial intelligence like cognitive reasoning abilities are already being used making the demand for them higher.
The complexity of artificial intelligence tasks has grown steadily, agent-based systems technology has been hailed as a new paradigm for automating, conceptualizing, designing, and implementing such software systems. A multi-agent system is a computerized system composed of multiple interacting intelligent agents within an dynamic environment. Agents are intelligent computer programs that act autonomously on behalf of
Artificial intelligence, or AI, is a field of computer science that attempts to simulate characteristics of human intelligence or senses. These include learning, reasoning, and adapting. This field studies the designs of intelligent

The topic of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is very important in today 's society. There are opinions on both sides of this issue. The issue is important because the research going into AI is showing a lot of progress. This paper will explore both sides of three issues related to AI.
Artificial intelligence is the simulation of human intelligence processes by machines, especially computer systems. These processes include learning, reasoning, and self-correction. Particular applications of AI include expert systems, speech recognition and machine vision (What is AI, n.d.). Instead of just cell phones, there are smartphones now, they call them smart for a reason, which is because AI has been added to the devices. Everything can now be done with a smartphone that once could only be done on a computer, thus the mobility
One must truly understand what artificial intelligence is in order to assess its usefulness in society. In the article “Artificial Intelligence” by Paul Norvig, it states “The field of artificial intelligence (AI) is the science and engineering of machines that act intelligently.” (Herzfeld 509). So, what does Norvig mean when these machines act intelligently? This means that Artificial Intelligence mimics human intelligence as if it had its own consciousness. Consider this, whenever you perform a task, for example, sorting colored objects into their matching containers, programmers who design these Artificial Intelligent machines go through the logical process we do as humans. So, if someone had a red cube and was looking for its container, one would go through a logical chronological process. First, one would define the color of the object, red. Then, one would find out what type of object he or she is holding, cube. Finally, in order to complete the task, sorting colored objects into their matching containers, one would identify the container that was for red cubes. This is an example of the logical process regarding Artificial Intelligence.
Machines and technology are included in our daily activities and lives. Artificial Intelligence is the ability machines and technologies have to copy human abilities and actions. Some examples of artificial intelligence examples would be Siri, Alexa, and robots. AI is potentially dangerous because they are taking over human abilities.
In many different respects, this particular goal of artificial intelligence, to create an entity that can think and reason in a specific environment, has expanded with the scion of artificial intelligence known as Artificial General Intelligence. Artificial General Intelligence was developed within the past decade, and aims at a degree of specificity alluded to, yet not specifically
However, intelligent system can never replace the human expertise because as human they are very useful as required in doing frequent monitoring to ensure the validation of the system. The challenge, however, is for researchers and developers of Artificial Intelligence to push boundaries by elevating the capabilities of computer systems so as to be adaptable and creative when handling specific and unfamiliar situations. To produce machines that are capable of automating even the most human of tasks requiring intelligent thought. The purpose of Artificial Intelligence research should not be misunderstood, though.
