The ancient people of Israel were prophets who expertly crafted the writings of the Bible. The Bible introduces us to a perfect being called God. God plays the most important role in the Bible, also known as (TaNaK). The T in TaNaK stands for the word Torah, also known as the Law in the Bible. This portion of the Bible is also Israel’s five-book foundation story

The N in TaNaK stands for prophets in the Hebrew language. This portion of the Bible was the historical side of the book that would describe Israel’s story. The K in TaNaK stands for Ketuvim and it is also translated as the Hebrew word for writings. This portion of the Bible is where a diverse collection of books about poetry, and wisdom. b) Answer to the Essay Question for the TBP the Story of the Bible video: The story of the Bible is well articulated by the prophets from Israel. The beginning of the story discusses when Sarah and Abraham came out of Babylon. God then proceeds to promise them that from here on out a nation has another chance to make the right choice and receive God’s grace. If they choose the right choice and live a life in honor of God and Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ died for our sins to allow humankind to receive forgiveness in his ultimate sacrifice of death. God is also revealed to have had the ability to create beings that reflect his image in his holy name. These beings are also commissioned in his image to rule the world on God’s behalf by grasping all their potential to create and spread more order and beauty. The story of the Bible is about humankind utilizing their power to create truly meaningful work through giving and providing life in the world.
