Acculturation Theory Approach • The acculturation theory looks at • the culture of the patient that is in need • How the interaction between community members or providers affects the client and their wellbeing • The theoretical foundation is based on the emphasis of the acculturation theory • The theory truly examines the cultural and community concerns as well as the impacts that they have on the youth in the teen years as well as their families.
