Servant Leadership
A paradox: both service and influence
Focuses on leadership from the point of view of the leader and his/her behaviors. Traits interact with ability to engage in servant leadership (moral development, emotional intelligence, agreeableness, humility).
Giving followers the autonomy to act independently, make their own decisions, and support themselves is known as empowerment.
Acknowledging the efforts of followers and assisting them in reaching their full potential

Adaptive Leadership
Adaptive leadership is the study of how individuals must change to adapt to ever-changing situations
Promotes positive change on a variety of levels, including the individual, group, community, and society
Leaders provide their people with assistance when the surroundings change
At the individual level, the model offers a conceptual framework to assist us in identifying different kinds of issues and ways to handle them.
