Consumers are looking for hybrid/electric vehicles. The demand
for Electric vehicles has increased and will continue to increase over time. Hybrid vehicles will be selling more than non-hybrid vehicles. Both industries have high financial obligations and high rival competitors. Research findings lead to the conclusion that focusing product development and manufacturing on efficient vehicles taps into strong consumer demand and growing market segment, supporting diversification reasoning, though additional connections could be drawn out for maximum impact. The automotive manufacturing market faced several challenges in recent years due to COVID19,
supply chain disruptions, changes in rules and regulations. Customers care more about safety and
fuel efficiency than they do about the design of the car. COVID-19 epidemic showed us that if we continue to branch into fuel efficiency vehicles, we will be able to give our customers what they want while also increasing our sales. Electric cars will have more growth opportunities in the future. Industry is changing by focusing more on technology and eco-friendly options for more efficient vehicles. Fuel efficient vehicles require less gas to go a given distance. When we burn less gas, we cut global warming emissions and produce less pollution, while spending less on gas.

Describe two concepts for autonomous transportation and/or delivery systems that would replace manned transportation and/or delivery systems. Each capability description should be no more than one paragraph in total. There are no illustrations or figures required. These notions should be distinct (e.g., they should not be two sorts of remote cars or two types of ground transportation, such as an autonomous truck and an autonomous taxi - think about the various types of domains that are available!) and should be differentiated from one another.

Dawlance limited case study
As Hassan Jameel what marketing mix decisions would you recommend for the air fryer launch? Why?
On September 17th, 2015, Mr Hasan Jameel, Head of Marketing at Dawlance’, needs to firm up marketing mix details for the planned launch of their first microwave oven with air fryer technology. The original plan was to launch the air fryer as a five-in-one microwave oven which would allow consumers to heat, cook, bake, grill, and air fry food items using the same oven. Some managers at Dawlance; however, are concerned that offering so many options in one oven would increase the complexity and costs leading to high prices and reduced sales. They think that air fryer technology should be offered as a stand-alone unit, similar to those of competitors. Pricing is also a concern. Various price points from PKR 18,000 to PKR 30,000 are possible. Finally, the advertising and distribution spend is under consideration. Mr Jameel needs to finalise his recommendations for the…

In contrast, India’s Tata Motors was moving forward with a strategy focused on small inexpensive cars, even though thiswas a highly competitive market segment, dominated by Japanese auto makers. The company’s aim was to design a smallcar that would be significantly cheaper to make and buy than any other model, and thus to satisfy India’s mass marketdemand for low – cost transportation. The result was the Nano, with a sales price of 100, 000 rupees (US$2,500), whichwas half the price of its closest competitor in India. Tata Motors achieved this by designing everything from scratch, deletingfeatures that were taken for granted by other auto makers (for example air conditioning, power brakes, radios), usinglightweight steel and an aluminium engine, and building in fuel efficiency. The car’s other important feature was its modular design, enabling the Nano to be distributed across the country in kit formand assembled by local businesses. The global reaction to the Nano catapulted the Tata…

Create a Causal Loop Diagram that illustrates the causal relationships within the renewable energy maintenance sector. The lack of cost-effective maintenance services leads to decreased system performance, which can result in increased maintenance costs and decreased energy production. These factors can ultimately lead to reduced profitability for the renewable energy plant owners and investors. Additionally, limited availability and inconsistent quality of services can contribute to safety risks and can negatively impact the public perception of renewable energy as a reliable and sustainable source of power. Add any other variables that may be relevant too. Thanks!

Your team has been hired as consultants to work with a large city to implement a program to place hundreds of high-tech digital cameras in strategic locations to aid in reducing crime and speeding help to victims. The cameras are state-of-the-art with infrared capability for night vison, high resolution, and rapid zoom in and out capability. Your city will be the first in the United States to deploy them. The manufacturer is a relative newcomer to the digital camera industry. The program has not yet been fully funded, nor has it been announced to the residents of the city. The city management and top-level officers within the police department are fully behind the program; however, lower level officers and cops on the street have mixed support. Your team has been asked to perform a risk assessment for this project. You are to identify various risks that could occur; assign them a high, medium, or low level or risk, and assess the potential impact (high, medium, or low) on the project…
